Chef Migotto
Between continuity and modernity
In the heart of Piedmont, in the Langhe region, Chef Migotto opened his restaurant Le Piemontesine. His cuisine is neither French nor Piedmontese. It is a cuisine of inspiration: the hand and know-how are French, while the products come from the region and largely from the chef's own production, such as vegetables, herbs, wheat, and honey. Chef Migotto has been a Master Chef since 2016.
